  • Select a SEAL™ product for your protein.
  • Simply provide an accession number or the sequence of your protein
  • Receive your custom SEAL Planning Kit in three business days.
  • Approve the plan to initiate project.

List price plus shipping fee must be paid in full at project initiation. This payment is fuly refundable if Abmart fails to generate the antibody library, a rare event. However if the project termination is required by customer after initiation, no payment will be refunded.

Abmart accepts both wired transfer and Paypal payment.

You will receive in the package:

  • 0.5 mg of (lyophilized) each of the antibodies in the library.
  • 0.2 mg of each 10AA peptide antigens designed by Abmart.
  • Antibody buffer.


45 – 90 days

        The fun begins: testing your antibodies!

Possible reasons that your antibodies fail to work successfully in your expeiments include:

  • Very low protein expression level.
  • Challenging experimental conditions.
  • Incorrectly targeted epitopes. As no epitope prediction method is perfect, a sizable library shall maximize the chance of having at least several correctly placed epitopes.

Should all of the antibodies turn out unsuccessful, we would love to hear about it and work with you to find a way to improve the experiment result or the library.


30 days

After the antibodies are validated in your own experiments, you can choose to

  • Order more successful antibodies of the same quality
  • Purchase the hybridoma cell lines and own the full intellectural property rights.
  • Clone the antibody genes from the purchased cell lines

Confidentiality and intellectural property

Abmart and the Client agree that all confidential information including but not limited to project scope, contract terms, pricing information, product development technologies and processes, and business related information, shall not be disclosed to any third party and both parties receiving confidential information shall only make internal use of the confidential information.

Abmart will wait a maximum 90 days after the project completeion for your decision of purchasing antibodies or cell lines. If you decide to only purchase more antibodies, Abmart will own the cell line rights and will have the freedom to process the antibodies/cell lines. Once you purchase the cell lines, you will own the intellectual propertites of the cell lines. However, Abmart have the freedom to re-make antibodies for the same target for other customers or other purposes.
